Caution: What Your Doctor is Telling You about Your Egg Quality May Not be True

Chances are if you’re 35 or older, your doctor’s told you “your eggs are too old”. That’s if s/he hasn’t found any other reason you’re not getting pregnant.

No woman likes hearing those words. But the real kicker is, it may not even be true. It may just be an assumption. The worst part is, your doctor may be completely overlooking answers to your fertility issues by simply blaming your age.

Just because your doctor doesn’t KNOW the answer, doesn’t mean your eggs are bad.

In this video, I talk about how to turn back the clock on YOUR eggs so you can improve your egg quality, increase fertility and get pregnant faster.

No matter what your doctor says.

Let’s begin with why doctors are telling you that your eggs are too old. Well, that’s just because they’re making an assumption. Oftentimes you not getting pregnant is not just an issue of egg quality. That may not even be the main issue. But if you’re 35 or older, then it’s just going to be assumed by your doctor that egg quality is the issue and that your eggs are too old, especially if they can’t find any other reason why you’re not getting pregnant. They may have taken some hormone tests, they may have tested your FSH levels and your AMH levels. Those tests may indicate egg quality issues or egg quantity issues, but really they’re just a small marker. They’re not the whole picture. Your doctor can’t be sure the egg quality, or the age of your eggs, is truly the issue.

I’ve had women get pregnant with high FSH levels, I’ve had women get pregnant with really low AMH levels. So clearly their eggs were not too old, and that’s not the only issue at hand. Circulation, like not having good circulation to your ovaries, or hormone imbalances could be the cause of your eggs not maturing properly, so that they’re unhealthy by the time they’re up for ovulation. It may not be an issue of them being too old, but the doctors are going to make this assumption.

They may also tell you that your eggs are too old because they have no other solutions for you. They don’t have any other answers, so they’re just going to say, “Sorry, your eggs are too old. We don’t know what else to do but tell you that your eggs are too old and there’s nothing we can do.” It kind of takes any kind of blame or responsibility off of their shoulders, right? They can always rely on this go-to because of statistics, right? Sure, statistically, a woman in her 40s is less likely to get pregnant than a woman in her 30s, naturally or whatever, have some egg quality issues, or be more likely to have miscarriage, according to statistics. Sure, but the truth is you are not a statistic. You are a unique, individual woman, right? So your situation is completely different from another situation, from another woman’s situation who’s the same age as you are.

It also depends, you might fall in this category of statistic, maybe you’re a woman who’s 40 or 37, or however old, over 35, you’re not getting pregnant and maybe there is an egg quality issue. But let’s say you do things to address that egg quality issue and support your health and your body, and then you could actually fall into the group that is getting pregnant even at 37 years old, or 40, or 42. A statistic is just that, it’s just a statistic, but you are a person. You’re not a statistic.

Then it begs the question, are your eggs really too old? Is there any truth to this? Yes, sure. There is some truth to the fact that as we get older, then our egg quality is not the same. Our eggs don’t hold up the same way as when we were 20 years old, but that’s not just a matter of age. It’s also a matter of what your eggs are being exposed to, because at 40 years old you’ve had a lot more time to actually develop chronic issues that could affect your egg quality. But your eggs themselves may be just fine, but it depends on what environment they’re exposed to that can really be the issue at hand. When you’re 20, you haven’t had enough time to develop chronic issues, for one thing, plus, sure, at 20 we can bounce back from things a lot easier and so forth.

But what is most important is how you’re supporting your egg health, and your body, and your cycle overall. I’ve helped women become more fertile at 40 years old than they were at 35 years old. One woman who comes to mind is a client of mine, her name is Diane, and she came to me at 39 years old. She had been trying I think for about three years to get pregnant naturally and nothing was happening. She didn’t want to pursue IVF, the only way that she was willing to get pregnant was naturally. So she came to me and I was like, “Well, there’s some things,” and she was a generally healthy woman, but I saw some things going on with her cycle and her general health.

So I introduced her to my methods, I said, “Follow my methods for at least three cycles and let’s go from there. We’ve got to give your body some more support.” She didn’t even make it to three cycles, she was pregnant after the second cycle. So she had two cycles and then the third time she ovulated she got pregnant, and her egg quality improved in those three months because of the way that she supported her egg health, her body, and her cycle overall. So she was more fertile then than she had been when she was two to three years younger.

Okay, so what leads to unhealthy eggs? Is it time alone? No, absolutely not. It is not time alone that’s going to affect your egg quality. There’s a lot of things that can affect your egg quality. There’s birth control use, lack of circulation to your ovaries, nutrition, toxic exposure, stress, digestive issues, if you’re not getting good sleep, if you have a weak immune system. All of these factors will affect your egg health. Another example is a client of mine who comes to mind, her name’s Val. She had six miscarriages and she’d always have a miscarriage right after she got pregnant, when she came to me. So this is an issue of two things. Quite possibly egg health, because the egg was just not healthy enough so that when it was fertilized it could actually turn into a healthy, viable embryo and pregnancy, and then also her body was maybe not prepared to actually support pregnancy. I noticed she had a lot of things going on with her health that were likely affecting her egg quality, and some things going on with her cycle.

So I, of course, introduced her to my methods, told her to follow my methods cycle after cycle, and then after three cycles I gave her the green light to try conceiving again. She got pregnant — this one stuck. She had a healthy baby girl. She improved her overall health and she supported her cycle, and so she supported the health of her eggs and then she was able to have a healthy viable pregnancy, because of course your egg health will affect not only your ability to get pregnant, but also to have a healthy, lasting pregnancy.

If you want to learn more about supporting your egg health and you don’t want to just buy into the notion that it’s just about your age and your eggs are too old and there’s nothing that you can do about that, then I would suggest that you watch my free masterclass here. I give you more examples, including women who have two or three IVF cycles that didn’t work and then their doctors told them that they had to use an egg donor, that that was the only way that they would conceive because their eggs were too old, and they ended up getting pregnant naturally, following my methods.

If you want some inspiration and some hope, and you want to renew faith in your eggs and that they’re not just dried up, shriveled old raisins, then please come watch my masterclass. It’s totally free and I will tell you what my four-step method is for getting pregnant, a healthier, faster and more affordable way, even if you’ve been told that your eggs are too old. Even if you’re doing IVF, the more that you can do to improve your egg quality beforehand, going into IVF, because IVF is not going to affect the health of your eggs, it’s going to work with the eggs and the egg quality that you have now. So you really want to boost that egg quality before you even start doing IVF. So I really encourage you to come watch my masterclass to learn more.

All right. Well, I hope I see you over there. Don’t worry, your eggs just need some good loving.
