Who Am I?
I earned a Master’s of Science in Chinese medicine at one of the top accredited schools in the country.
I’m a California State Board Licensed Practitioner of Chinese medicine. I have 10 years of clinical experience as a fertility specialist medical professional – mentored by 2 master fertility acupuncturists in my first 5 year years of practice seeing up to 30 patients per day.
I’ve completed hundreds of hours of continuing education units with a focus on fertility. I’ve shadowed 2 of the most successful reproductive endocrinologists here in San Diego, one specializing in a minimal stimulation IVF technique, the other practicing a more conventional approach.

Can I do it from home? I’m not in your area. How can I do this program?
This program is a complete home program. All you need is a computer or device and internet. But you will still have personalized support from Heidi and her team.
How long does it take for the program to work?
When it comes to getting pregnant, every woman is different and it’s impossible to predict when you will fall pregnant. However on average, the window is between 3-6 months.
Women usually start seeing changes in their cycle right away. The most common feedback I get is having less PMS symptoms, less stress, more energy, sleeping better and better flow during their period.
Some women also have symptoms get worse initially, which is a sign that it’s working. For instance, you may get more clots in the first cycle or two if your uterus is cleaning out old tissue.
I’m already doing so much. Will I have time for this program too?
Fertility Activation Method™ can be done anytime and anywhere in just 15 minutes per day. Everyone has 15 minutes a day!
FAM will improve the success of the other treatments you’re pursuing.
Each acupressure video is about 15-20 minutes long. You follow one of the protocols at a time each day 1-3 times per day.
When in the cycle do I start the program?

Are there refunds?
Due to the sensitive online nature of the content and the desire to help you to reach your pregnancy goal, there are no refunds on this course. Please send in your questions if you need clarification about anything before committing.
Do I need Facebook to do the course?
No, the entire course is done on a secure website. We do have a private Facebook group for additional support, office hour questions and accountability, but it is not mandatory that you join.
Is this course only for women or do you address male fertility as well?
I address male fertility as well. There is a specific acupressure protocol that can be done on men to improve male fertility using clinically and research-proven points. Additionally there is a PDF with male fertility recommendations. The core acupressure protocols can also be used on men. We’ve provided an additional guide for using FAM for men.
What happens after I’ve made my payment?
Shortly after you make your payment, you will receive an email with a link to register and log into the program. You will also receive a “welcome” email that explains what steps to take to begin the program.
Does this program work for unexplained fertility?
I have worked with several patients with unexplained infertility. I can definitely work with you.
When using Chinese medicine, we don’t need to know exactly why and western diagnostics is limited. It measures just a few parameters and if that doesn’t reveal the answer, then they don’t know. But everyone’s body is prone to imbalance.
The FAM program supports bringing the whole body and cycle into balance. Sometimes the issue isn’t anything major, but just some small tweaking that opens things up, for instance it may be that the uterine environment is slightly off or the hormones aren’t quite synced up.
Can you guarantee I’ll get pregnant?
I wish. Nothing would make me happier.
However, I CAN guarantee you’ll be using a proven method that’s worked for so many women, women whose doctors told them “there’s no hope.” Plus, this method will help to improve other health issues as well. There’s actually positive side effects, like reduced stress, improved digestion, better sleep and energy and more.
Can I do this program instead of getting acupuncture?
Absolutely. This program was designed to provide an effective solution if you cannot access acupuncture or are needle-phobic. I’ve had many FAM members say that they got better results with this program than with their acupuncture treatment (especially if their acupuncturist doesn’t specialize in fertility).
However I encourage you to use this program in addition to continuing your regular acupuncture treatments. Used together, they compliment each other and you can make even faster progress.
Do I need this if I’m getting acupuncture already?
Yes, this program will help you to make faster progress in improving your fertility and getting pregnant than acupuncture treatment alone. You can give yourself support every single day with this program vs. just one treatment a week or less in an acupuncture clinic. This is everything you should be doing between your acupuncture treatments to make them more effective.
