Who Am I?

Hi, I’m Heidi Brockmyre. I earned a Master’s of Science in Chinese medicine at one of the top accredited schools in the country.

I’m a California State Board Licensed Doctor of Chinese medicine. I have 10 years of clinical experience as a fertility specialist medical professional – mentored by 2 master fertility acupuncturists in my first 5 year years of practice seeing up to 30 patients per day.

How long does it take for the program to work?

When it comes to getting pregnant, every woman is different and it’s impossible to predict when she will fall pregnant. However, on average, the window is between 3-6 months.

Women usually start seeing changes in their cycle right away. The most common feedback I get is having less PMS symptoms, less stress, more energy, sleeping better, and better flow during their period.

Some women also have symptoms that get worse initially, which is a sign that it’s working. For instance, you may get more clots in the first cycle or two if your uterus is cleaning out old tissue.

I’m not sure I’m ready. Should I just give it more time?
