When it comes to getting pregnant, every woman is different and it’s impossible to predict when she will fall pregnant. However, on average, the window is between 3-6 months. 

Women usually start seeing changes in their cycle right away. The most common feedback I get is having less PMS symptoms, less stress, more energy, sleeping better, and better flow during their period.

No, the entire course is done on a secure website. We do have a private Facebook group for additional community support, but it is not mandatory that you join.

I address male fertility as well. There is a specific acupressure protocol that can be done on men to improve male fertility using clinically and research-proven points. Additionally, there is a PDF with male fertility recommendations. The core acupressure protocols can also be used on men. We’ve provided an additional guide for using FAM™ for men.
