Alicia is 39-years-old and was diagnosed with diminished ovarian reserve at the age of 35. Her AMH, SFH and AFC were low as well. Doctors recommended she go straight to IVF with donor eggs, which she did not want to do. She did embryo banking for about a year and a half resulting in three embryos. Alicia wanted to be more of an active participant in her treatment, so she did some research and found FAM. She began using FAM on her last retrieval cycle where they were able to get another embryo, through the transfer phase and then early pregnancy protocol. She is now 11+ weeks pregnant, and everything is going perfect! She states “It all feels so surreal because the doctors told me I could never do it myself. FAM helped give her body a chance to see what it could do, and she feels empowered in her own fertility journey.”
