Alignment practice – we’ll make sure your environment, choices and lifestyle are in alignment with your health and fertility goals.
Restoration Practice – Michelle will help you listen to your body, create balance and practice restoration exercises, including breathwork and qigong.

Fertile Cleanse of Mind, Body and Spirit to Balance Hormones and Reduce Inflammation
Receive your personal prescription for a systemic cleansing program.
Practice healthy boundaries to protect your health and reduce stress
Support to develop a trust and gratitude practice to maintain a fertile mind, body and spirit.
Plus receive an ongoing maintenance program so you can continue the work beyond the three months.
Michelle will help you stay accountable for implementing the protocols, answer any questions you have, and explore additional ways you can boost your fertility during your cycle.
Together, you will identify changes you can make to improve your fertility and overall health, including dietary and lifestyle changes,and the use of supplements and functional medicine.
Michelle can work with international VIP clients by either ordering the tests and/or reviewing recommended tests available from your doctor. The supplements and herbs she prescribes can be shipped internationally through the companies we recommend.
The cost of supplements, herbs and testing is not included in the package price (as these costs will vary by individual).
